Well the past 2 weeks of the Mahon house hold has been crazy at best. From cooking a Thanksgiving meal for 9 people, to having our first overnight (four to be exact) away from home for the Rocky Mountain food and wine show, its been busy! But busier than us, has been this little Asia. The past 2 weeks have been such growing weeks for her. I think Stefan and I commented that we woke up to a fat baby! She has become more interactive, wide eyed, and yes a little more attitude has come with the precious bundle as well (must be from her father :). Today I got my first smile! How rewarding!!! She flashed me gums and all. Upon much coaxing (some would call it harassing) she has yet to give me another one but I am sure more are on their way.
This journey of motherhood is wonderful, exhausting, hilarious, and frustrating- but todays word would be a long awaited rewarding.
